All I want to do is find out the procedure for buddy passes, and flight listing. How can I get That Info??

    • steve on May 29, 2019 at 12:16 pm

Hi Dean, This is a forum for non-rev employees and pass riders to talk and share ideas. It’s NOT maintained by nor run by Delta.

You have to log into TravelNet to find out the rules for buddy passes. There are a lot of pages on there that discuss the rules.

Hope you find what you’re looking for!

I have received a charge of$93.25 for international fees on a flight from Munich to Atlanta on April 26,2019. I’ve never received an international fee before and would like to know why I have received this bill.
    Thank you

      Hi Carolyn,
It is still active! A lot of people register, but I don’t see as many comments and posts as I would expect. Thanks for participating and let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions on how to make the forum even better.
      Thanks!

Hello, my son was coming back home on flight 467, July 2nd with buddy pass. There were plenty of unoccupied 1st class seats on the plane, but he was given seat all the way in the back. I need to know WHY? We use buddy pass only for the possibility to get 1st class (we used it in April 2019, November 2018…etc). it usually cost us the same to buy confirmed economy ticket since we have to purchase separate connecting flight, but we would risk all of that because we thought we know if there are empty seats in the 1st class we would be able to fly 1st class. This is 1st time that we experienced this. Delta has always been fair and equal, why was this trip an exception?

Hi Aida, I think this is part of a new policy Delta has been promising to implement. On international flights with Delta One first class they are going to only let buddy pass riders sit in Delta One if the sponsoring employee is also flying with them on the same itinerary. I guess some buddy pass riders were disrespectful and ruined it for everyone. That stinks that you had to sit in the back on such a long flight!
